We regularly host 'socials' and workshops to boost members' soft skills, aiding their employability. These gatherings also offer valuable networking opportunities for students and a break from academic pressures. We foster a sense of community by connecting students not only within the Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) department but also across Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, and other engineering disciplines. 

 

ShockSoc takes pride in its commitment to enhancing the technical skills of our members and bridging the gaps left by traditional curricula. Moreover, our events expose students to emerging technologies and a number of software tools. Our robotics related and other technical events aim to enhance technical skills and increase exposure to various Engineering fields and practices, such as the Robot Fighting League (RFL) more on that here.
